Caravan Sites and Mobile Home Parks: The Legal Framework, now in its second edition, is the definitive guide to the law for park home owners, site owners and all others concerned with this area of the law.

Important changes to the law are under way: the Housing Bill presently before Parliament will make changes to the legislation with far-reaching effects for park home owners and site owners.

These changes will be reflected in a new edition of our book. We expect to publish it later this year; and, to bring the title into line with modern terminology, we will give it a new title - it will be called Park Homes Law, with the subtitle A Guide to the Law of Mobile Homes Parks and Caravan Sites.

The new edition will draw on all our experience of explaining the law in a clear, practical way - and, just as important, all the comments which we have received from users. The latter are enormously valuable to us, since they tell us whether our work succeeds in explaining the law.
